Here is the scary list of things to do our our catamaran by departure date of July 22, 2006.

As well as this list of boat stuff there is a whole host of personal things to do such as moving out of our apartment, renting it out, putting stuff in storage, passports, etc.

  • Install Compass Sunto 120472
  • Install cd player
  • Buy paper charts from Bellingham Chart Printers
  • 12 volt power for laptop
  • Install new heat sealable #10 connectors under hardtop
  • Make up covers for hardtop wires
  • Install reef on boom and main
  • Finish self-draining holding tank
  • Run system propane adapter for barbeque
  • Sail cover - repair zipper and batten holes
  • Make sun awnings for both side of hardtop
  • Modify sail cover for reef
  • Fix 2-line spinlock stopper (use for mainsail reef)
  • Fix Fold-A-Bote bow split

  • Buy 6 collapsible water tanks
  • Make cover for wires in cuddy cabin

  • DONE - Reinforce forward beam
  • DONE - Modify fwd anchor line chocks
  • DONE - Replace rigging with 9/32” 316 SS and Norseman fittings
  • DONE - Make 2 new rudders
  • DONE - Paint hull yellow with System 3 and clearcoat
  • DONE - Seal turtle hatch holes
  • DONE - Sand and paint turtles
  • DONE - Seal and paint engine cover
  • DONE - Additional 75 watt solar panel

  • DONE - Buy used Panasonic CF-72 / 28 with GPS card / high power wifi
